At KPOP MARKET, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your official albums, lightsticks, or merchandise arrive damaged or incorrect, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Unboxing Video Requirement

  To qualify for a return, you must provide a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is sealed to showing the defect or missing item.

  Submit a Return Request

  Contact our support team with your order number, the unboxing video, and photos of the item's condition to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all inclusions like photocards and posters, and mail it to our returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out a replacement within 5-7 business days.
